THE CBYC MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The CBYC Mentorship program is a hands-on volunteer program for undergraduate writers interested in working side by side with Cindy Bandle Young Critics participants.

Mentors will receive extensive training to develop their mentorship and facilitation skills. By the end of the season mentors will be able to make deeper connections with students, create curriculum, and analyze multiple styles of writing. Mentors will also see several Goodman shows, attend CBYC workshops, and have the opportunity to engage with directors, actors and playwrights associated with Goodman productions!

What You’ll Need: Two references, a writing sample, and a personal statement. The writing sample should reflect your writing style and the work you do (2pg max). Your personal statement should tell us how this program will benefit you, your writing, and mentoring skills.
