Call for Submissions: Mochila Review

Mochila Review, the national undergraduate literary journal published by Missouri Western State University, is hosting its annual writers’ contest for undergraduate students: the Undergraduate MoRe Prize.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The Mochila Review offers an annual writers’ contest for undergraduate students. This year, the contest will be open to short story submissions only. Contest submissions will be accepted from October 1 to December 1. The winning writer, selected by guest judge Deb Olin Unferth (author of three books of prose, including a National Book Critics Circle Award finalist), will be announced January 1. The winner will receive a $50 prize and publication in our 2020 issue. The Undergraduate MoRe Prize is separate from our regular submissions and there is a small entry fee of $5.

Current undergraduate students can submit here.
