Valerie Wallace is the author of the forthcoming full-length book House of McQueen, which won the 2016 Four Way Books Intro Prize in Poetry.  An intern would help with tasks and projects related to marketing in advance of a March 1 publication date, including maintaining an email list, helping to organize a 2018-2019 book tour, and general organization.

Intern should have a comfort level with or ability to learn Excel, Word, Dropbox, Evernote; be a good writer; and have a personality oriented toward caring about details. An interest in poetry is not required but preferred. Willingness to travel to Hyde Park for one or two meetings/work time (commute time may count toward hours) is requested.
