Social change internship opportunity

From Impact Recruitment Campaign Organizer Jacqueline Meyncke Risch:

I want to share a story about one of our interns who has been working hard on our campaign for global warming solutions.

Her name is Sophia Lipp and she’s a Journalism major at Boston University. She recently built support for our Global Warming Solutions campaign by writing opinion media, calling local media outlets and pitching them on our campaign events, and even producing a video about a town hall event she helped organize.

We love watching people grow into motivated activists, like Sophia, who is now the Constituent Services Intern with the Office of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker. We’re looking forward to the next group of organizers and interns who will join the Impact team in the year to come.

If you are selected for an internship, contact Prof. Chris Green at CGREEN1@depaul.edu to discuss internship credit.
