Take a break from studying for finals to check out the 2015  Chicago Book Expo!

Poetry East will have a table, and our own Chris Green will be reading not once, but twice at the event! Prof. Green reads at 3pm with Fifth Wednesday Journal and 4pm with RHINO Magazine.

The free Chicago Book Expo is Sat. Nov. 21, 11am-5pm at Columbia College, 1104 S. Wabash.

Events and things of note: you can buy books from over 100 local exhibitors, and hear Joe Meno, Rebecca Makkai, Angela Jackson, Richard Cahan, Ina Pinkney, Doug “Hot Doug” Sohn, and many more. Attend sessions on Chicago’s great writers from the past century, historic mysteries, poetic memoir, horror/neo-noir, 40 years of Rhino Poetry & workshops on poetry writing and zine making.
