Indiana Review is excited to announce Indiana Review Online: an Undergraduate Project, a new venture at the journal that will exclusively publish work by undergraduate students nationwide on their website in an annual digital issue. Edited by undergraduates in the Literary Editing & Publishing course at IU, Indiana Review Online: an Undergraduate Project would love to receive work from undergraduate students at DePaul.
From the Indiana Review Online staff:
“Many members of our Indiana Review staff are fortunate enough to teach Introduction to Creative Writing as well as Poetry and Fiction writing courses here at Indiana University. We are even luckier to have a talented student body eagerly interested in both editing and submitting their own writing, and as instructors, we love to help get them involved to this end.”
Sounds like something worth being involved in!
The submission period is now open and will close October 31, 2015 at Midnight EST. Only one submission is allowed during this period. Students may submit either poetry or fiction, but not both. We ask that fiction submissions be limited to 5,000 words, and that poetry submissions be limited to three poems. Submissions may only be made through email to the address listed in our guidelines, not through our submissions manager. For a complete list of guidelines, please see this PDF or indianareview.org/2015/07/announcing-indiana-review-online-an-undergraduate-project/.
